Profile Credential Request

Thanks for visiting us.  We are happy to provide all MLD families with a MLD Family Profile™ and login credentials.  The MLD Family Profile database contains information about MLD families from around the globe.  All data is kept confidential.  We use this data to provide generalized de-indentifed statistics and characterizations about MLD to clinicians, researchers, regulators, clinicians, and policymakers to improve the quality of life for those with MLD.

A MLD Family Profile is required to register for the MLD Family Conference™.

Profile validation and creation are a manual process so it might take a couple of days for us to review and provide your credentials – we want to make sure you are a MLD family and not a spammer/hacker.
