Remembering Paul Ruchlewicz
Paul Ruchlewicz
December 10,1950-August 4, 2023
Paul Ruchlewicz loved living an adventurous life and traveling all over the world. He trekked in Antarctica, Greenland, Asia, Europe, and Canada. Paul had a kind, caring heart and adored his family. When his youngest grandson, Carson was diagnosed with metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) in 2018, Paul was determined to find him treatment. Paul was one of Carson's biggest cheerleaders.
Carson Ruchlewicz is 7 years old and is in the second grade. Carson shares the same kind, caring and loving heart like his Papa Paul had. Carson loves his family, especially his two older brothers and lights up every room he is in with his big smile and silly giggles.
After Carson's MLD diagnosis, the MLD Foundation was a huge resource for our family. Dean and Teryn Suhr had an abundance of information, support, possible treatments and clinical trials that we otherwise would not have known about. By donating to the MLD Foundation you are helping to aid in research for a possible cure to this awful disease and giving Paul's youngest grandson, Carson a chance at a longer life to live.
Thank you for remembering Paul and his grandson Carson with a donation to MLD Foundation in lieu of flowers.
